Q: Do you ship prints internationally?

Yes, we do! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

Q: When will my print arrive?

The time from order to delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. International shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Q: Are the prints signed?


No, the prints are not signed. Since they are made in Ladysmith and shipped directly to you, I’m unable to sign each print personally. I’m sorry for any inconvenience!


Q: I need my print by a specific date. Can I get it faster?


Yes! Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact Marcus directly to arrange a faster delivery.

Q: I'm visiting Tofino soon, can I pick it up to avoid shipping costs?

Since all our prints are made-to-order across Vancouver Island and not in Tofino, shipping costs will apply. However, depending on the print size and material, custom arrangements can be made.

 

Q: The photo I want isn't on your website, can I still order it?

Absolutely! All of Marcus Paladino’s photos can be printed as custom orders. For inquiries, please email us directly at info@marcuspaladino.com.

 

Q: Can I order my print framed?

Yes, you can. Simply select ‘Fine Art in Wood Frame’ as the material type, and your print will arrive framed and ready to hang.

 

Q: I want to sell ‘Cold Comfort’ in my store. Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yup! Please contact orders@hgdistribution.com to set up wholesale arrangements. For more options, check out Rocky Mountain Books.

 

Q: Will the prints degrade over time due to UV light?

Our fine art paper and canvas prints are of archival quality, utilizing acid-free materials and pigment inks. They are designed to withstand normal conditions for at least 100 years. For framing, we recommend using professional-grade non-glare UV protection glass or acrylic, such as Tru VUE Reflection Control acrylic, which blocks 99% of UV light for optimal preservation.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please inform Marcus via email within 48 hours.

 

Q: Do you have prints on hand for me to choose from?

No. Since we do not have a physical gallery space, all prints are made-to-order. If you're in Tofino and want to pick up a print, please check out Drift MFG co in town.

 

Q: I'm ordering from another country. Do your prices include customs and fees?

No, please be aware that you may need to pay additional fees or customs charges upon the print's arrival in your country.


Q: What's your refund policy?

Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return, refund, or exchange. If your print arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge upon receiving evidence of the damage, including photos of the print and packaging.
