I took a last-minute helicopter ride (doors off) during sunset at low tide to scope out a potential slab I’d been curious about. Unfortunately, most of our time was spent just getting there, leaving no chance to wait for a proper set wave. On the way back, I shot as much as I could to salvage the effort. Thankfully, amidst the chaos, there was a diamond in the rough at the adjacent beach breaks.
